What happens after I apply?

We read your application, usually within one business day. If it's a fit, we confirm a time and send your invoice. If it isn't, we tell you and you pay nothing. Your time is locked in once the invoice is paid.

What times are available?

Weekends and weekday evenings. Tell us what suits you on the form.

I'm not technical. Will I cope?

That's who it's for. We do it together on your screen, and there's no coding.

I already use ChatGPT. Why would I need this?

Fair, plenty of people do. This one's set up with your prices, customers and tone, and connected to your email and calendar, so it drafts like you.

What will I need?

Your own Mac or Windows laptop, Gmail or Google Workspace for work, and a paid Claude plan. Pro is about A$34 a month, paid directly to Anthropic, and you can cancel any time. Check claude.ai for the current price.

Is my business information safe?

Your folder lives on your laptop. What you ask Claude goes to Anthropic under your plan's terms. You log in yourself, so we never hold your passwords. We go through the safety rules in the session, and nothing is sent or posted until you approve it.

Does anything else cost money?

Only your own Claude plan, paid directly to Anthropic. The price shown is the total price for the consult, with no GST charged, and a 4th hour is included if we need it.

What's the difference between the two options?

The session is the same. Setup is A$997 with 30 days of email support and a day-14 check-in. Setup + 90 days is A$1,997 with 90 days of email support and a 30-minute check-in each month. You pay once either way, and there's no retainer.

Can we do it in person?

On the Gold Coast, yes. Everywhere else it's online.
